Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 0 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Whilst we will attempt to ensure you receive your purchase(s) as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances, such as a high volume of orders or shipping service problems, may occur. In such situations your delivery may be delayed.

We use Hermes for shipping, and they aim to deliver in 2-3 working days once your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30, and only £3 for postage under that.

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ask@rosamundbeauty.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
